SHIPPING POLICY
All our online orders are sent by courier directly to your door.

Delivery times
The delivery times only serves as an indication, as all shipments will only be dispatched once pay fast clearance is received.
Major Centers: Should receive deliveries within 48 – 72 hrs. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm.
Outlining Areas: 3 – 7 days, Monday to Friday, from collection of shipment.
If you place your order before 10am it will still be dispatched the same day. Delivery can take between 5-7 days.

Order returns
If your shipment is damaged please email an image of the damaged product to: sales@cosmetic.co.za
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the order back to us within seven working days, the product must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
